We would like to inform you about the Vienna International Music Competition, which can be a very rewarding experience for musicians wishing to perform at Musikverein (Vienna) and Mozarteum (Salzburg) and release a music album. The application deadline is the 20th of February and the selection is made entirely online. Please, we kindly ask you to disseminate this information. Each week at approximately 8:20 am KRBD hosts the Ketchikan Area Arts and Humanities Council for their weekly report on arts and humanities in Ketchikan and the surrounding area. Get a synopsis of the local music scene, performances, Gallery exhibits, pop-ups, and Calls to artists. The Arts Report often features special guests from the Ketchikan Theatre Ballet, Artists, and Curators. Tune in weekly to KRBD 105.3 FM Ketchikan, Metlakatla and Saxman, 107.1 FM North Ketchikan, Ward Cove, and Ketchikan, 101.7: Craig, 90.7: North Point Higgins, 90.1: Mountain Point, Hydaburg, Klawock, and Thorne Bay.
