Ketchikan at the Fair

Tongass Historical Museum

A temporary exhibit of Ketchikan artists featured in the 2019 Southeast Alaska State Fair.

Eighteen artists and crafters submitted fourty-one items to the Southeast Alaska State Fair in Haines, held July 25-28. A selection of Ketchikan’s creations will be on display at the Tongass Historical Museum from August 15-September 3, 2019, and will have you feeling hometown pride!

Entries include hand-turned wooden bowls, quilts, crocheted, knitted, and handwoven items... the eclectic variety of submissions shows the talent in our town, and took home some top awards!

Austin Hays Trio - CD Release

We will be painting chairs for the upcoming FCCC auction. Bring a chair, stool or another useful item with a base coat finished. to Paper Pirates! Jamiee Mitchell and Cindi Byrd will assist your painting prowess as needed, supplies provided. Please

Chairs will be auctioned September 14th at the Kayhi Commons.
