The Ketchikan Youth Wearable Art Show is the place for young artists ages 18 and younger to shine!
Supported by a committee of volunteers and the Youth Wearable Art Class, the Ketchikan Youth Wearable Art Show gives young artists, performers, stage tech, and speakers the opportunity to learn and grow and to take ownership of this event. Over the past 4 performances, the students' artistry and creativity for the Wearable medium has blossomed.

Youth Wearable Art Classes!
The Ketchikan Area Arts and Humanities Council is dedicated to supporting young artists and provided a opportunity for them to shine!!! We provide the Youth Wearable Art CLASS for students to learn the art form from an expert, and to create collaboratively with their peers.
Classes are held twice weekly for four weeks prior to the performance and are taught by Abel Piercy.
