You must fill out an application for each dance your are registering.
While the Gigglefeet Dance Festival Committee reserves the right to exclude work that is inappropriate or unprepared, we in no way wish to discourage provocative and/or challenging art! The following information allows us to place your piece appropriately, and to warn the audience should they want to remove themselves or their children from the auditorium during your piece.
If you are unable to upload your music - please email it to Grace Jackson at AlaskanJackson@outlook.com
You can either download the Release form and upload completed forms here - or you can drop them off at Ketchikan Theatre Ballet, or First City Players, or Ketchikan Area Arts and Arts Council, or you can email them to Grace Jackson at alaskanjacksons@outlook.com .
The following information request is ONLY for pieces that require special technical requirements. If you have no technical requirement please skip this section.
Cue Sheet: please list all tech cues (lighting, spot, stage, prop, flashes, media, color changes, music cues, blackouts, etc.) in chronological order in relation to the CD counter. With lighting, be sure to indicate the rate of transition.
The mission of the Gigglefeet Dance Festival is to provide a creative and supportive environment to foster the development of dancers, choreographers, and technical theater personnel. A limited number of grants are available for this purpose, with preference given to activities that most directly benefit the Ketchikan dance community. If you need help with your application, please contact KTB, FCP or the Arts and Humanities Council!
