Haida master weaver Evelyn Vanderhoop is an eminent
instructor, researcher, and artist of Ravenstail and Naaxiin.
Learning both from mother Delores Churchill and Cheryl
Samuel, she has shared the art traditions of her heritage to
ensure its revival both through her daughters and students.
This class will focus on Ravenstail spiral weft and rigid weft
weaving methods. This class counts toward a Certificate of
Merit in Weaving.
