Join us for the Opening Reception of MERGE:
An exhibit by Evon Zerbetz features new ephemeral installations created from linocut printmaking.
Evon’s exhibit is named after the first series of works she created for the show, MERGE: The Giants of Engineering.
She then created four, seemingly disparate, installations, which have loose threads that connect them to one another. The viewer may make connections, or simply experience the pieces on their own.

The installations in merge, which reflect her interests in the energy systems of the human and the environment, were created as part of Evon’s continuing work in creating larger artworks from her linocuts.

When you walk in to the gallery, you will want to appreciate that the hundreds of small linocuts that make up a piece, are each hand printed from her carved blocks.

Main Street Gallery openings are always the first Friday of the month, and are free and open to the public.
