Open Craft Night at the Totem Heritage Center
Open Craft Night is back at the Totem Heritage Center!
Join them on Tuesdays from 6-9:00pm and bring your weaving, regalia, and design projects to work in the company of fellow Northwest Coast artists and students.

Call for Native Artist Residency Applications
The Friends of Sheldon Jackson Museum are looking for Alaska Native artists to apply to the 2023 Native Artist Residency program. Residencies are 21-22 days long and occur:
July 7-July 28
August 18-September 9
September 15-October 6
October 7-October 28
All four residency positions include a $2,000 artist stipend, a $660 food stipend, and travel to and from Sitka. While in residence, artists create art in an open studio-like format in the museum gallery and engage with the community through: 1) Cultural Consultations; 2) Artist Talks; and 3) teaching an art form or art forms. Alaska, U.S.A.

Ketchikan Boat Parade!
Its the Ketchikan Boat Parade! Starting at Peninsula Point the Boat Parade will head south down the Narrows toward Mountain Point (weather permitting).
Ketchikan Theatre Ballet Adult Ballet
This open-level Ballet class is geared toward adults with no previous dance experience.
Move your body, burn calories and learn the basics of Classical Ballet technique! There is no dance or ballet experience necessary for this class. This class is designed for adults who are new to dance and have always wanted to experience the beauty of ballet! Punch cards are also available for this class.
