Sealaska Heritage Institute, in collaboration with Ketchikan Indian Community, will sponsor a skin sewing workshop with Louise Kadinger in Ketchikan from December 13-16, 2018 at the Ketchikan Indian Community Facility. Limited to 15 participants. SHI provides a sea otter hide at a $350 value for each participant as well as patterns and supplies by instructor Louise Kadinger.

Windjammers Performance!!

Directed by Roy McPherson, Windjammers is Ketchikan's only ongoing adult jazz band. The group rehearses weekly mostly for the joy of it, but also for performances to help support the Sam Pitcher Memorial Scholarship and the Jerry Galley Memorial Scholarship. Recently Windjammers has taken up performing longer sets at the Creek Street Cabaret. Join this smoking band for another full performance on Sunday, December 16th. There will be music to dance to, music to listen to, and music to blown away by!!!

Social Justice Reading Group

Ketchikan Community Concert Band Rehearsal

The Plaza Mall - Band Room

The Ketchikan Community Concert Band meets each Monday evening from 7 to 8:30 pm. Directed by Roy McPherson, the Band performs 3 times annually. If you are interested in being in the band pleas call Roy at 907-225-3650.

The Spring performance is January 12th at the Kayhi Auditorium at 3pm. Tickets are $15 for adults and youth under 18 are free.
