The Sam Pitcher Memorial Scholarship Fund is Fiscally Sponsored by the Ketchikan Area Arts and Humanities Council, however, the activities are directed by the Sam Pitcher Memorial Scholarship Board, who also facilitates the scholarship application process and dictates the distribution of funds to awardees.
