Walter Harper Project Call to Artists

CALL FOR ARTISTS: The Walter Harper Project team wishes to commission and install a life-sized, or larger than life, bronze statue of Walter Harper, which will be installed on the riverside grounds of Doyon, Ltd. in downtown Fairbanks. The vision is for a signature artwork of exceptional quality and enduring value to honor the heritage and accomplishments of this individual, and to inspire Alaskans and visitors alike.
