The IDEA Festival is a re-envisioning of a wintertime favorite - the Winter Arts Faire.

The IDEA Festival will feature all Ketchikan's artists showcasing their newest works, PLUS some artists will be giving classes and presentations you can take part in. Artists booths will be open 10am to 5pm Friday and Saturday, and 10am to 3:30 on Sunday.

There will be a cultural food court featuring the many foods of Ketchikan, recipes, gathering protocols, and more.

We will also have a speaker and story telling series in the auditorium during the day on Friday and Saturday. The speakers and story tellers will be sharing personal stories, or ideas they have come up with, or remarking on culture and art. We will reveal the speaker list soon!!!

And to round out the evenings, we have performances by Ketchikan ensembles including Hughes and Vecchione Dance Project, Ketchikan Community Concert Band, the Ketchikan Orchestra Project, and the Ketchikan Community Chorus, and more!!!!
