Rules for the Best Blueberry Arts Festival Blueberry Dish…

• Dishes are due to the Main Street Gallery – ready to serve before 3 pm on the Friday, of Blueberry Weekend. August 5th! Doors lock at 3:00 pm late entries will not be accepted.
• Up to two recipes will be accepted per contestant.
• Dishes may be savory or sweet. 
• Dishes should make a full recipe that will allow for a minimum of 4 sample servings.
• The predominant flavor profile must be…BLUEBERRIES!!!
• The Dish must be an original recipe OR your own personal adaptation of a recipe.
• The winning Dish will be announced at the Opening Reception of the Blueberry Arts Festival Art Exhibit. August 5th, 5:00 - 7:00 pm at the Main Street Gallery!.
• The winning Dish will be featured on the specials menu for the month of August at the New York Cafe!!!!!
• The winning Dish will be announced in the Blueberry Arts Festival Winners Circle in the Ketchikan Daily News!
