 e. His notable works include the mosaic salmon sculpture 'Yeltatzie's Salm
 on' and a life-sized Orca sculpture in Salmon Landing.\n \nOriginally from
  Seattle\, Pyles moved to Alaska at 18\, working as a fishing guide and im
 mersing himself in the wilderness\, which deeply influenced his art. He is
  recognized as a leading wildlife painter\, capturing animals like bears a
 nd eagles in dramatic landscapes. His diverse artistic practice also inclu
