 \nA community tradition established in 1991\, Bunnell Street Arts Center’s
  Visual Arts Exhibit program demonstrates over 30 years of innovation\, ex
 perimentation and excellence. Exhibits nurture and promote Alaska artists 
 with opportunities for professional development\, networking and creative 
 exchange. Exhibits create dialog and engagement with Bunnell’s expansive c
 ommunity around Alaska’s artistic heritage and diversity.\n\n- Application
 s are open to Alaska artists and curators working in any media.\n- Formats
  may include solo exhibits\, group exhibits\, interdisciplinary shows\, an
 d shows curated by Alaska artists\, curators\, and culture bearers.\n- App
 lication is for exhibits to be scheduled 2027 – 2028.\n- Applications are 
 due October 31st.\n- Work need not be for sale.\n- There is a $25 applicat
 ion fee. (Needs-based waivers are available).\n\nExhibits open the first F
 riday of every month with a public reception and artist talk. Exhibits and
  talks are shared through Bunnell’s online platforms —including Bunnell’s 
 webpage\, online store\, and social media—and archived at www.bunnellarts.
 org. Bunnell presents abundant opportunities to sell artwork and connect w
 ith community.
