X-WR-CALDESC:The Ketchikan Area Arts and Humanities Council (KAAHC) began t
 he Wearable Art Show in 1986. It has since become one of Ketchikan’s favor
 ite events\, copied in communities across Alaska and in Washington. We are
  very excited to be establishing the first Youth Wearable Art Show special
 ly designed to showcase our talented Youth Artists! Art work should be cre
 ated from scratch. We encourage you to be expressive with this art form!\n
 \nânâ Each Individual Artist may submit up to two entries. Entries can inclu
 de multiple models.\n• Each entry must have its own application.\n• Artist
 s must provide their own model for all performances.\n• Models may partici
 pate in two pieces.\n• Performances may not exceed 2:00 minutes in length.
 \nânâ School groups must provide models for group pieces.\n• Individual stud
 ent artists must either model their piece or provide a model.\n• A photogr
 apher will document the event for KAAHC. It is the responsibility of the a
 rtist to inform models that photos may be used in publicizing the Youth We
 arable Art Show. Models will be required to sign a release and waiver form
 .\n• Wearable art must be handcrafted from “scratch”.\nNo ready-made costu
 mes.\n• KAAHC reserves the right to exclude work that is incomplete or ina
 ppropriate for the show.\n• MANDATORY DRESS REHEARSAL Attendance is mandat
 ory for all individual student artists\, & models. Models must be dressed 
 in the Wearable art piece or have it to show the committee.\n\n\nIMPORTANT
