 rstand the parameters for a safe Blueberry Arts Festival. We will remain f
 lexible and in compliance with all mandates. The City of Ketchikan is open
  as of May 22nd\, but things very well could change as visitors come to ou
 r port city. If it is determined the community will be considered “open\,”
  during the dates of the Festival\, KAAHC will then assess whether we are 
 able to produce the Blueberry Arts Festival safely\, with modifications fo
 r physical distancing\, hand washing stations\, mask-wearing\, etc. If KAA
 HC is unable or prevented from producing the Blueberry Arts Festival in 20
