X-WR-CALDESC:The Juneau Arts & Humanities Council (JAHC) is now accepting e
 xhibition proposals for the upcoming Gallery Season running October 2024 t
 hrough September 2025. \n\nEligibility: The JAHC Gallery Program supports 
 both established and emerging Alaskan artists showcasing new works\, while
  representing the broadest spectrum of visual art media. Individuals\, gro
 ups\, and organizations are invited to apply\; preference will be given to
  applicants currently living in Alaska. The Juneau Arts & Humanities Counc
 il welcomes original artwork created within the last three years and not p
 reviously exhibited in Alaska. Artists who have been awarded a solo exhibi
 tion in the JAHC Gallery Program should wait two years after the date of t
 heir exhibition to apply again. Artwork should not violate city\, state\, 
 or federal laws\, or endanger viewers. \n\nExhibition proposals must inclu

 rtist resume \nExhibit proposal \nFive high-quality images of your work wi
 th descriptions (including title\, medium\, year completed\, dimensions\, 
 etc.)*\nAny interest in offering an educational component such as a worksh
 op\, demonstration\, or lecture \n*Applicants who propose to exhibit all n
 ew works may provide a sample of current work\, sketches\, drafts\, or pho

 ived. Applicants who may be experiencing financial hardship are encouraged
