  Is Now Open!\n\nIn 2024 we are hosting four resident artists (two in each
  cohort) during the summer with two residencies from June 5-19 and from Ju
 ly 30 - Aug 13.\n\nWe invite applicants with creative and inquisitive mind
 s who will both add to and benefit from the interdisciplinary efforts at o
 ur community hub in McCarthy\, Alaska and the surrounding Wrangell-St. Eli
 as National Park and Preserve. Artists and writers of all genres and stage
 s in their career are encouraged to apply for one of several two-week resi
 dencies. Artists from the global majority\, who are underrepresented\, mar
 ginalized\, Alaska Natives\, etc. are especially encouraged to apply. The 
 WMC will make selections through a competitive admissions process. We hope
  to encourage emerging and mid-level career voices as well as mature profe
 ssionals.
