 ns Art Competition.\n\nThe art competition seeks to honor the memory of al
 l those who gave their lives on 9/11 and after. By sharing your time and t
 alent with these brave men and women in uniform\, we can reveal the selfle
 ss courage\, generosity\, and mutual respect that bind us together as Amer
 icans at this historic moment in our nation’s history.  \n\nVeteran art to
  be distributed in 50\,000 care packages\nIt is out of this spirit of serv
 ice and gratitude that we call on Veteran artists to celebrate our nation’
 s military and first responder heroes. We invite you to join us by enterin
 g your submission of 2D art and/or poetry reflecting the theme “Standing U
 nited.”\n\nOn September 11\, we will offer millions of grateful Americans 
 the opportunity to write personal messages of thanks on postcards featurin
