 asked to fill out an information card. In addition to your name and the na
 me of your dish we will want to know if your dish contains any known aller
 gens. Please put your name and phone number on your plate. \n\nPrizes will
  be award for \n\n1st Prize - \nFame and glory on the specials menu at the
  New York Cafe for the rest of August\nA $50 gift certificate to New York
