 solution (300+ dpi) image file (PNG or JPG). Traditional\, non-digital art
 work should be no smaller than 8.5” x 11” and no larger than 11” x 17”. Ar
 tists should be aware that in the digitization of drawings or paintings fo
 r promotional use\, staff will do their best to honor and maintain the ori
 ginal design but some slight variations may occur through scanning\,\nphot
 ography\, etc.
