Throughout the month of February, 2006
The annual Festival of the North is a cooperation between the Ketchikan Area Arts and Humanities Council and Ketchikan-area artists, arts organizations, and local galleries and businesses. This community arts event features the work of local musicians, visuals artists, dancers, and actors presenting a variety of performances designed to entertain the whole family. Several arts workshops and exhibit openings also take place. The midwinter Festival of the North takes place throughout February and opens with the annual Wearable Art Show. |
