The offices of the Arts Council and First City Players and the Mainstay Gallery are located in downtown Ketchikan, at the south end of the Centennial parking lot. Look for the red double-doors! We are close to the Ketchikan Public Library, the Tongass Historical Museum, and the pedestrian bridge to Creek Street.

Arts events are held in many locations in the community. Frequent venues include the following:

  • Ketchikan High School (a.k.a. Kayhi) Auditorium, 2610 Fourth Avenue
  • Ted Ferry Civic Center, 888 Venetia Avenue
  • Saxman Tribal House, Killer Whale Avenue, City of Saxman

Office hours

We are typically open during the hours listed below, although hours can vary during festival, productions, and other events:

  • The Arts Council office and The Mainstay Gallery are open                                      Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM
  • New this year...we will ALSO be open the first three                                                      Saturday's of the month 10 AM to 5 PM
