Kathleen Light, Executive Director (Fulltime since August 20, 2007) BM University of New Mexico, MM University of Southern California, Doctoral Work at the University of Maryland all in Oboe Performance. Kathleen packed what would fit in a U-Haul and drove through Canada to Ketchikan in August of 2007. She spends her time keeping Ann and Anita on task, and is a pretty great person to work with. We like to say she laughs like a banshee and imitates her beloved Oboe with "pferr pferr pferrrrr!"

Ann Froeschle, Program Director (Fulltime since September 19, 2007) BA Art University of  Pugent Sound. MA Secondary Education, Arts. Ann moved to Ketchikan in September of 2007 specifically to take a job with the arts council. She is a fabulous artist and generally wacky gal. She spends much of her free time sampling fine cheeses, chocolates and wines and is a Muppets aficionado.

Anita Maxwell, Operations Manager (Fulltime since January 5, 2009) BA Anthropology, Environmental Studies University of Montana.  Anita moved to Ketchikan in July 2008 with her husband Cole, a math teacher at Kayhi, daughter Hannah, a 4th grader at Point Higgins and Addie, an old lab.  She spends her time wrangling foster puppies and hunting for a clean spoon with which to eat her daily morning Pina Colada yogurt.
