• Set up times: Wednesday, November 26th from 4-8pm and Friday, November 28th fr
• Vendors must be out of the Ted Ferry parking lot by 10:30 each morning. Leave the parking for customers! There will be a shuttle to take Vendors to an alternate parking lot running from 9:30-10:30am and 6-7pm each day.
• We are going to provide ATM/Credit Card capabilities to vendors this year. Any vendor interested must contact me prior to the Faire, I will email you a form that will permit KAAHC to make transactions on your behalf. KAAHC will take 5% of total credit card sales from each vendor who chooses to participate. We will cut checks the week following the event.
• Hall spaces are not on the PA system, unfortunately we can’t change this. We will make every effort to move last years hall spaces into the main room, the earlier you register the higher you will be on the priority list.
