 The 21st Annual Wearable Art Show Out of Line plays down the runway at the Ted Ferry Civic Center. Thursday night's show is open to audiences of all ages, Friday and Saturday nights feature no-host bars and appetizers. Thurs. 7pm, $12 tickets, Fri & Sat. 8pm, $25.
